Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient inclusion criteria: (1) Age >=18 years old; (2) Patients with nasogastric tubes or fistula tubes who are about to be discharged from the hospital; (3) The expected tube feeding time for the patient is >=4 weeks; (4) Stable condition and good mental state; (5) Those with long-term care. 2. Inclusion criteria for caregivers: (1) Age >=18 years old; (2) Undertake the main care tasks for patients, with a daily care duration of no less than 6 hours; (3) Proficient in using smart phones and possess good reading and communication skills; (4) First-time care for patients under tube feeding; (5) Voluntary participation, understanding and signing of the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Exclusion criteria for patients: (1) Patients with concurrent heart, liver or kidney failure. 2. Caregiver exclusion criteria: (1) The caregiver has unclear language expression, communication disorders, or hearing impairments; (2) There are organic diseases or mental disorders.
