Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Eligibility criteria for Alzheimer's disease: (1) Meet the AD diagnostic standard of IWG 2021; (2) MMSE: =0.5; ADL>=21; (3) All subjects have good audio-visual function and language function or can complete neuropsychological examination after correction; (4) Subjects and informed people can complete relevant examinations and follow-up work; (5) Subjects or their authorized client signed the informed consent form; 2.Eligibility criteria for a-MCI: (1) Meet the a-MCI diagnostic standard of Peterson's 2024 criteria ; (2) MMSE: >=17 for those with 0 years of education, >=20 for those with less than 7 years, and >=24 for those with more than 7 years), CDR=0.5; ADL=20; (3) Not reaching the level of dementia; (4) All Subjects have good audio-visual function and language function or can complete neuropsychological examination after correction; (5) Subjects and informed people can complete relevant examinations and follow-up work; (6) Subjects or their authorized client signed the informed consent form; 3.Inclusion criteria for normal cognitive function group: (1) MMSE>=28; (2) CDR= 0; (3) There is no chief complaint of cognitive decline, and the informed people confirm that no performance of cognitive decline; (4) No MCI symptom; (5) Amyloid PET is negative, and p-tau 217 in plasma or Aß1-42/40 in cerebrospinal fluid does not increase

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Exclusion criteria for research: (1) Subjects with a history of stroke or focal signs of nervous system; (2) Subjects with severe cortical or subcortical vascular diseases (Fazekas score =2) (3) There are other nervous system diseases that can cause brain dysfunction (such as depression, brain tumor, Parkinson's disease, metabolic encephalopathy, encephalitis, multiple sclerosis, epilepsy, brain injury, hydrocephalus with normal intracranial pressure, etc.); (4) There are other systemic diseases that can cause cognitive impairment (such as hepatic insufficiency, renal insufficiency, thyroid dysfunction, severe anemia, folic acid+vitamin B12 deficiency, special infection, alcohol and drug abuse, etc.); 2.Contraindications of magnetic resonance and PET examination; (1) Subjects suffering from autoimmune and systemic inflammatory diseases; (2) Subjects with Mental and neurological retardation; (3) Treatment with corticosteroids or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or benzodiazepines that interfere with TSPO; (4) Any infection including upper respiratory tract infection within one week; (5) The polymorphism of TSPO gene rs6971 is homozygous for low binding gene (Thr147/Thr147)
