11 Years to 18 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients scheduled for elective surgery under general anesthesia, with an induction regimen that includes sufentanil and esketamine. 2.American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classification I or II. 3.Aged between 18 and 65 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Age 65 years 2.History of bronchial asthma 3.History of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) 4.Active respiratory tract infection 5.History of chronic cough 6.Use of medications including angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors (ACEIs), bronchodilators, etc 7.Known allergy to general anesthetics or opioids, or any contraindication to esketamine 8.Body Mass Index (BMI) = 30 kg/m^2 9.Patient refusal or unsuitability for the trial (as determined by the investigator) 10.Known or suspected difficult airway
