Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18-65 years, with BMI >=28 kg/m² (meeting the obesity standard); 2.Stable body weight (weight change < 5% in the past 3 months); 3.No severe liver or kidney dysfunction, and no history of taking ?-3 supplements or fish oil drugs;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Complicated with endocrine-related obesity such as Cushing's syndrome and thyroid diseases; 2.Having taken anti-inflammatory drugs, lipid-lowering drugs, or Omega-3/6 supplements in the past 3 months; 3.Being pregnant or lactating;
