Interventions

Experimental group(total intravenous anesthesia group):Anesthesia was maintained with propofol dose of 4-12 mg · kg-1 · H-1 and remifentanil dose of 0.05-0.2 µ g · kg-1 · min-1
Control group (inhalation anesthesia group):Anesthesia was maintained with sevoflurane inhalation of 1.0-3.0% and remifentanil dose of 0.05-0.2 µ g · kg-1 · min-1

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 18-65 years, ASA grades I-III, elective retroperitoneal laparoscopic urological surgery (operation types include ureterolithotomy, renal cyst unroofing and decompression, and partial nephrectomy).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unplanned or emergency surgery; 2. Those with mental illness, abnormal cognitive function, chronic pain disease, long-term use of sedative and analgesic drugs or alcohol abuse; 3.Severe liver and kidney disease ; 4. Severe cardiopulmonary disease; 5. Pregnant and lactating women; 6. Those who have allergies or contraindications to the drugs used in the study.
