Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with ZD who underwent POEM treatment at Beijing Friendship Hospital from December 2004 to December 2024.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: There are patients with contraindications to POEM treatment, those who are unable to complete the procedure or who cannot give informed consent.
