Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 18 and 65, gender not limited; 2. Comply with the diagnosis of GAD as stipulated in the Fifth Edition of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5); 3. Currently, there is no psychiatric drug treatment. 4. No risk of suicide or self-harm; 5. Be able to cooperate in completing scale screening and assessment; 6. Exclude severe physical diseases, depression and other mental illnesses; 7. Be able to complete informed consent and be willing to participate in this study; 8. This study was approved by the hospital's ethics committee.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclude those with severe or unstable internal diseases such as heart, liver, kidney, endocrine and blood disorders; 2. Exclude lactating and pregnant women; 3. Rule out anxiety secondary to physical diseases such as hyperthyroidism, hypertension and coronary heart disease; 4. Rule out drug-induced anxiety; 5. Exclude schizophrenia, depressive disorders and other anxiety disorders.
