18 Years to 76 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with pituitary adenomas who underwent endoscopic endonasal surgery in our department within the past decade and were older than 18 years; (2) Availability of complete clinical, imaging, and pathological diagnostic data; (3) Postoperative pathological confirmation of pituitary adenoma; (4) All surgeries performed by the same lead surgeon; (5) All patients completed follow-up or died during the follow-up period.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Preoperative suspicion of pituitary adenoma not confirmed by postoperative pathology; (2) Age younger than 18 years.
