18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age between 18 and 90 years; (2) Pathologic stage T1; (3) Only one colorectal cancer lesion at diagnosis; (4) Follow-up duration longer than 6 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Pathology indicating non-adenocarcinoma; (2) Missing data, including pathological slides, imaging or endoscopic records during follow-up; (3) History of inflammatory bowel disease; (4) Familial adenomatous polyposis or any hereditary disorder predisposing to colorectal cancer (e.g., Lynch syndrome); (5) Pre-operative radiotherapy or chemotherapy.
