Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Selective unilateral thoracoscopic lung surgery; 2) 18 to 80 years old; 3) The American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grades I-III.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Contraindications for the use of local anesthetics: infection at the puncture site, allergy to local anesthetics, coagulation dysfunction, or risk of bleeding; 2) There are sensory abnormalities in the surgical area of the chest wall; 3) Liver and kidney dysfunction. Abnormal liver function: ALT>50U/L or AST>40U/L, or TBIL >= 19 × µ mol/L; Abnormal renal function: Cr>112 µ mol/L or BUN>7.1mmol/L or received dialysis treatment within 28 days before surgery; 4) Pregnancy, lactation, potential pregnancy, and planned pregnancy; 5) Preoperative use of opioid analgesics or history of chronic pain or opioid abuse; 6) Patients who refuse to participate;
