Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 18 and 55 years; 2. Experiencing persistent or occasional low back pain lasting longer than 3 months; 3. Diagnosed with CNLBP according to the International Classification of Diseases (ICD-10) code M54.5; 4. Pain intensity (as perceived during the week prior to the trial) measured by NPRS, with scores ranging from 3 to 7; 5. Right-handed.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Specific low back pain or other chronic pathological pain caused by cancer/tumors, tuberculosis, fractures, infections, etc.; 2. Lumbar spine tumors, vertebral fractures, spinal canal stenosis, lumbar spondylolisthesis, rheumatoid arthritis, or ankylosing spondylitis; 3. Obesity with a body mass index (BMI) >30; 4. Low back pain accompanied by pain in two or more other body regions; 5. Previous abdominal or lower back surgery; 6. Pregnant women, lactating women, and women with dysmenorrhea; 7. Severe or progressive scoliosis; 8. Epilepsy or family history of epilepsy; 9. Any contraindications for TMS, including pacemakers, artificial metal heart valve implants, aneurysm clips (excluding titanium alloy), and metallic implants; 10. Use of any medication affecting postural control, muscle strength, or cortical excitability within the past 3 months.
