Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult trauma patients aged 18 years or older. 2. The trauma mechanism is blunt injury or penetrating injury. 3. The ISS score calculated according to the 2015 version of AIS is greater than 15 points. 4. The time from injury to the first hospital admission is within 24 hours. 5. The clinical data are complete and can meet the requirements for data collection in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The main injuries were burns, electric shock injuries or drowning. 2. Before arriving at the hospital, they had been diagnosed with advanced malignant tumors or other terminal diseases. 3. The data was severely lacking, making it impossible to accurately calculate key scores such as ISS and TRISS. 4. Patients who were discharged or died automatically within 24 hours of admission due to the family's decision to discontinue treatment (to avoid the bias of early death, this part can undergo sensitivity analysis). 5. Pregnant women.
