Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with primary osteoporosis; 2. During the period from January 2021 to September 30, 2023, have had at least one prescription record for the target drug (alendronate or denosumab), with the date of the first prescription of the target drug considered as the start of the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with secondary osteoporosis; 2. Patients obtaining medication from multiple hospitals.
