Intervention group:The pressure injury monitoring mattress is used to set repositioning frequency based on risk level alerts: High risk (red alert): Nurses must reposition bedridden patients every 1-
control group:Patients using standard mattresses receive routine repositioning every 2 hours.

18 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 years or older with informed consent. 2. Braden Risk Assessment Scale score =18 points. 3. No history of pressure injuries or no skin changes at admission. 4. No pressure injuries upon admission.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who chronically adopt a prone position during follow-up. 2. Patients with acute or chronic skin conditions or burns. 3. Patients with sacral dressings applied at admission. 4. Patients who chronically use cold/heat therapy during follow-up. 5. Patients with a Braden Scale score >18 during follow-up.
