18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with clinical or pathological evidence of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC); 2. Patients classified as stage B or C according to the Barcelona Clinic Liver Cancer (BCLC) staging system; 3. Patients receiving entecavir treatment during the course of HCC therapy; 4. Patients may have previously undergone 0–2 interventional treatments, including HAIC, TACE, or ablation. 5. Patients undergoing at least a six-month cycle of HAIC (4-6 sessions of modified FOLFOX regimen) or TACE treatment, with 4-6 sessions of TACE treatment over six months; 6. Patients with liver function classified as Child-Pugh A or B.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with co-infections of other viruses, such as hepatitis C virus and human immunodeficiency virus; 2. Patients with Barcelona Clinic Liver Cancer (BCLC) stage A; 3. Patients with fewer than 4 sessions of TACE or HAIC within six months; 4. Patients with non-hepatocellular carcinoma (non-HCC); 5. Patients with incomplete clinical or imaging data.
