Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The study population consisted of healthy elderly women aged 60–80 years. Inclusion criteria: 1. No significant cognitive impairment and normal comprehension ability; 2. Engage only in daily activities without regular exercise or structured physical training; 3. No cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Accompanied by severe physical illness leading to activity restriction; 2.Combined with aphasia, severe hearing impairment and other diseases.
