Labor Analgesia

Interventions

Group CSE1 :Administration of 1 mg ropivacaine via intrathecal injection into the subarachnoid space.
Group CSE3 :Administration of 3 mg ropivacaine via intrathecal injection into the subarachnoid space.
Group DPE:No pharmacological agent was administered into the subarachnoid space following dural puncture.
Group EA:To meet the analgesic requirements, epidural administration alone was employed.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Primiparous women who were scheduled to undergo neuraxial delivery analgesia at the Women's Hospital Affiliated to Ningbo University from October 2025 to December 2025 were selected with a singleton pregnancy of 38 to 42 weeks, in active labor, and a cervical dilation < 5.0 cm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those with pregnancy diseases (such as gestational hypertension, preeclampsia or gestational diabetes), contraindications to neuraxial anesthesia, known fetal malformations or diseases associated with an increased risk of caesarean section (such as vaginal delivery after caesarean section, history of uterine rupture), etc
