Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.The age ranged from 55 to 75 years; 2. Male or female; 3.BMI 20~30kg/m^2 ; 4.Preoperative ASA grade was? ~?.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who are allergic to anesthesia and analgesic drugs; 2. Those with infection or wound at the puncture site of buccal needle acupuncture and fascia iliaca nerve block; 3. Those with severe systemic diseases, tumors, heart disease, hypertension, pacemaker implantation, bleeding disorders, taking anticoagulants, pregnant women, mental illness and other special constitutions; 4. Those with neuromuscular damage of the affected limb; 5. Those who have a history of acupuncture and needle sickness in the past; 6. Those who are unable to perform pain numeric grading (NRS) scoring normally with unclear speech; 7. Those with physical allergies.
