Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 28 days to 14 years 2. The diagnostic criteria for children with adenovirus pneumonia refer to the "Guidelines for the Management of Community-Acquired Pneumonia in Children (Revised in 2024)", and adenovirus antigen detection and adenovirus fluorescence quantitative PCR examination are performed based on the child's nasopharyngeal aspirate; 3. All children received chest CT examination in hospital. 4. The child's information is complete

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. BO caused by causes other than infection; 2. Hospitalization in other hospitals in the stage of severe pneumonia causing PIBO 3. Incomplete clinical data or lost to follow-up 4. No CT data or interference with CT data
