Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with multiple risk factors for multidrug-resistant bacterial infection (such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, immune dysfunction, diabetes, etc.); 2. Patients with infection and SOFA score greater than or equal to 2; 3. Age greater than 18 years; 4. Patients who have used antibiotics more than one dose.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Fungal culture positive patient; 2. End-stage palliative care patients; 3. Patients who were allergic to elazolin and discontinued the drug; 4. Patients who developed adverse reactions such as liver and kidney function impairment and stopped taking the drug.
