Control Group:Conventional treatment for acute pancreatitis (AP)
1. Fasting (no food or water intake) and gastrointestinal decompression
2.Early fluid resuscitation: active intravenous fluid replacement in the early stage (first 12-24 hours), with isotonic crystalloids as the preferred fluid to correct water and electrolyte disturbance
3.Pancreatic enzyme inhibitors and pancreatic suppressants: somatostatin and its analogs (octreotide), protease inhibitors (ulinastatin, gabexate)
4.Nutritional support: early initiation of enteral nutrition (within 24-72 hours after admission)
5.Prophylactic use of antibiotics when necessary. Indications for use include acute cholangitis or confirmed extrapancreatic infection. For patients with signs of sepsis or positive bacterial culture
6.Protection of vital organs (respiratory and renal protection)
7.Administration of probiotics
8.Management of complications, analgesia for symptom relief, and other conventional Western medical treatments.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis conforms to the Western medicine diagnostic criteria for AP, TCM ;diagnostic criteria for AP, and the MAP or MSAP classification of acute pancreatitis; 2.Aged 18–70 years; 3.Willing to sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of other organic gastrointestinal disorders; 2. Belonging to special populations, including: pregnant women, patients with heart disease, post-cardiac bypass surgery patients, cancer patients, and infants aged 0–6 months; 3. Coexisting life-threatening primary diseases, such as heart failure, respiratory failure, cerebrovascular disease, liver failure, renal failure, hematologic system disorders, or psychiatric illness; 4. Refusal to sign the informed consent form; 5. Skin abnormalities at the treatment site (e.g., scars, edema) unsuitable for ultrasound-mediated drug delivery.
