Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age greater than or equal to 18 years old. 2. The clinical severity of HS is moderate-severe (Hurley stage II-III) and the skin lesion is affected by the buttocks. 3. Diagnosed with HS by histopathological examination of the Department of Pathology of our hospital. 4. HS patients who underwent modified radical resection in the Department of Dermatology at our hospital. 5. Patients with a follow-up time of at least 12 months and complete clinical data.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are lost to follow-up. 2. Patients with a follow-up time of less than 12 months. 3. Patients with non-hip HS (even if modified radical resection) have undergone modified radical resection.
