Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Meet the diagnostic criteria for coronary heart disease and have been clinically diagnosed; 2.The patient or their family members possess basic smartphone operation skills; 3.The patient or their family members give informed consent; 4.Have no mental illness or cognitive impairment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have severe heart failure (NYHA class IV), arrhythmia, heart valve disease, congenital heart disease, cardiomyopathy, etc.; 2.Have severe internal medical conditions such as malignant tumors, severe renal insufficiency, liver failure, etc.; 3. Have severe, uncontrolled immune diseases or active infections that may affect exercise safety or outcome indicator evaluation.
