18 Years to 60 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: IBD group: 1. Age: 18-60 years old, male or female; 2. Meet the clinical diagnostic criteria for IBD, and confirm the diagnosis by endoscopy, histopathological and imaging evidence; 3. Diagnosed with IBD for at least 4 months; 4. Right-handed; 5. Educated for more than 9 years; 6. Native Chinese speaker. Control group: 1. Healthy volunteers with gender and age matching; 2. No history of digestive system diseases and neurological diseases; 3. Right-handed; 4. Educated for more than 9 years; 5. Native Chinese.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of neurological disease, mental illness, head trauma/metal implants; 2. Use of psychotropic drugs, glucocorticoids, antibiotics or other drugs that may affect cerebral hemodynamics within 6 months; 3. Color blindness or color weakness; 4. Pregnant and lactating women; 5. Serious other diseases at the same time, such as severe liver disease, cardiovascular disease, lung disease, kidney disease, malignant tumor.
