Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Registered nurses and obtained specialty nurse certificate through continuing education; engaged in clinical nursing work.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: nurses with severe psychological disorders or cognitive impairments; nurses who are not on duty during the study period due to maternity leave, sick leave, etc.
