Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age: 18 to 65 years old; 2.According to the clinical guidelines of the Foot and Ankle Orthopedics Branch of the American Physical Therapy Association, the clinical diagnosis was plantar fasciitis: (1) The pain persisted for more than one week; (2) The pain is most severe at the medial insertion point of the calcaneus or the Achilles tendon area. (3) The Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) score for the first step upon waking up in the morning should be greater than 3 points (moderate pain or above) (with 10 points as the standard). 3. Imaging should be used to rule out root bone spurs
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Previous history of ankle or foot surgery or fractures; 2.Previous history of shock wave therapy, ultrasound, cortisol hormone injection, and physical exercise therapy; 3.Neurogenic or lower extremity nerve root pain; 4.Systemic diseases that cause foot discomfort (psoriatic arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, gout, malignant tumors, severe osteoporosis, etc.) 5.Type I or type II diabetes; 6. Patients with severe heart disease, arrhythmia and hypertension, elderly and weak, in very poor general condition, or with serious internal diseases such as dysfunction of important organs like the heart, lungs, liver and kidneys, and tumors. 7. Pregnant or lactating period; 8. Unable to cooperate with the questionnaire respondents.
