Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Confirmed diagnosis of acute leukemia by MICC classification; 2. Aged >18 years; 3. Newly diagnosed; 4. Having at least one designated primary caregiver. 5. Primary caregiver (the person providing the most hours of care per 24-hour period, continuously for two weeks); 6. Provides informed consent and voluntarily participates;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Life expectancy <6 months; 2. Caregivers with pre-existing psychiatric disorders or cognitive impairment; 3. Individuals with language barriers impeding normal communication; 4. Recent (within 2 months) major life events affecting emotional status (e.g., bereavement, divorce); 5. Paid professional caregivers (e.g., hired nurses, domestic helpers).
