Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Women aged>= 25 years, with a history of sexual activity and not in a pregnancy state; 2.Cervical integrity; 3.If necessary, agree to undergo vaginal colposcopy and biopsy within 12 weeks and at least 1 year of follow-up; 4.No previous treatment for CIN within the past 6 months; 5.No history of malignant tumors; 6.The sample size of cervical cytology intended for the detection of novel molecular markers is >=3ml; 7. Can understand the research procedure, voluntarily participate and sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Incomplete medical record information (including gender, age, clinical pathological diagnosis results, and other demographic data; 2. History of high-grade cervical lesions (CIN2, CIN3, cervical cancer) and surgical treatment; 3. Those who have not reached the endpoint of the study and withdrew from the study midway; 4.Subjects whose sample size does not meet the requirements.
