Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.diagnosis of intrahepatic bile duct stones (stones located at or above the confluence of the left and right hepatic ducts); 2.preoperative liver function assessment better than Grade B; 3.absence of severe biliary stricture and significant hepatic parenchymal fibrosis or atrophy; 4.underwent laparoscopic rigid cholangioscopy holmium laser lithotripsy; 5.postoperative follow-up of more than 6 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.presence of severe organic diseases or surgical contraindications; 2.presence of liver benign or malignant tumors; 3.incomplete clinical information.
