18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with symptomatic multiple myeloma according to the IMWG 2016 criteria; 2. aged >=18 years; 3. with complete baseline information, treatment regimen, and follow-up data available.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with concurrent other primary malignancies who still require treatment; 2. Patients diagnosed with smoldering myeloma or monoclonal gammopathy of undetermined significance; 3. Pregnant or lactating women; 4. Patients with severely incomplete clinical data that preclude reliable assessment; 5. Patients deemed unsuitable for inclusion by the investigator.
