Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age<=2 years; 2. Children diagnosed with biliary atresia who are going to undergo parental liver transplantation; 3. Anesthesia grade (ASA grade) is III~IV; 4. Cardiac function grade I~II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Re-liver transplantation; 2. Preoperative combination of heart, lung, kidney insufficiency and hepatic encephalopathy; 3. Congenital diseases before surgery; 4. Children who refuse to participate in this clinical trial.
