Universal screening group:All participants enrolled in the study will directly undergo universal LDCT screening without prior risk questionnaire assessment or stratification.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Permanent residents within the jurisdictions of the two study areas. 2. Age >= 65 years. 3. Participation in the free annual health check-up under the Basic Public Health Service program. 4. Jiangdu group: Individuals who chose CT upgrading during the 2024 health check-up. Dongtai group: Individuals identified as high-risk for lung cancer through questionnaire assessment and who consented to undergo LDCT screening. 5. No prior history of confirmed lung cancer.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of other malignant tumors and currently receiving end-stage treatment. 2. Unwilling or unable to complete the questionnaire. 3. Clear contraindications for CT examination (e.g., severe allergy history or inability to cooperate with breath-holding during scanning).
