Interventions

Mental rehearsal group:After completing the training on Day 1, the subjects were immediately tested, and a 1-week mental rehearsal intervention was applied
Placebo control group:After completing the training on Day 1, the subjects were immediately tested, followed by a 1-week placebo intervention
AI Blank control group:After completing the training on Day 1, the subjects were immediately tested, and no intervention was applied within 1 week.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. For orthopedic residents and graduate students 2. Subjects voluntarily participated in this study and signed the informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Previous experience with arthroscopic procedures both inside and outside the operating room
