Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. At least 18 years old; 2. Primipara, singleton pregnancy at 22-26 weeks of gestation; 3.Serum 25(OH)D < 20ng/ml at enrollment; 4. Informed consent and willingness to cooperate to complete the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Participating in other UI-related research; 2. Fetal congenital malformation; 3. Stillbirth; 4. Pregnant women with nervous system diseases; 5. Pregnant women with comorbidities (severe heart and lung diseases, abnormal liver and kidney function, etc.); 6. Active urinary tract infection; 7. Taking antiepileptic and antituberculosis drugs; 8. Alcohol use and frequent caffeine intake; 9. She had a history of urinary incontinence before the current pregnancy.
