Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age > 18 years, regardless of gender. 2. Absence of malignancies or severe dysfunction of the heart, lungs, kidneys, or liver. 3. Voluntary agreement to participate in this study and provision of signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with repeated enrollment. 2. History of infectious diseases, communicable diseases, or parasitic diseases. 3. History of diseases of the blood and blood-forming organs, as well as certain disorders involving the immune mechanism. 4. Presence of comorbid malignancies or severe cardiac, pulmonary, renal, or hepatic dysfunction. 5. History of congenital malformations, deformations, and chromosomal abnormalities. 6. Women who are pregnant or lactating. 7. Individuals or their immediate relatives are unable to comprehend or sign the informed consent form.
