18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-80 years old (including 18 and 80 years old), regardless of gender or ethnicity; 2. Patients with IMN who meet the diagnostic criteria of KDIGO 2021, receiving/not receiving immunosuppressive therapy; 3. Have the ability to make independent behavioral decisions and independently decide whether to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Onset of nephrotic syndrome in infants and childhood; 2. Secondary membranous nephropathy (e.g., systemic autoimmune disease, solid or hematologic malignancy, chronic betavirus infection, and other infections) 3. Long-term use of drugs (gold salts, nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs [NSAIDs], penicillamine, etc.); 4. History of malignant tumors; 5. Currently on renal dialysis or expected to require dialysis during the study; 6. Abnormal liver function, alanine aminotransferase or aspartate aminotransferase exceeding the upper limit of normal value by 3 times; 7. Unable to cooperate with researchers to complete basic information collection due to various reasons (such as hearing impairment, language barrier, etc.) in the past six months; 8. Situations that the researcher considers unsuitable for participation in the study due to other reasons (such as low willingness to cooperate, difficulty in long-term follow-up)
