Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who underwent surgical treatment for malignant colorectal tumors at our hospital and whose postoperative pathology confirmed primary adenocarcinoma; 2. Perioperative relevant examinations and intraoperative confirmation showed no distant metastasis; 3. Patients who returned to our hospital for follow-up within one year after surgery, with complete imaging and laboratory examination data.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age < 18 years; 2. Having other malignant tumors or serious diseases within the past 5 years; 3. Already diagnosed with sarcopenia before surgery; 4. Unwilling to participate due to personal reasons.
