Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients meeting diagnostic criteria for bladder cancer [4] who underwent ileal conduit or ureterostomy; 2. Patients with clear consciousness and no speech communication impairment; 3. Age >= 18 years; 4.Patients provided informed consent and voluntarily participated in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of severe cardiac, cerebral, renal, or other organ diseases; 2. Concurrent malignant tumors; 3. Patients transferred to lower-level hospitals for follow-up after discharge.
