Liposomal Bupivacaine Group:Made SNB with liposomal bupivacaine.
Ropivacaine Group:Made SNB with ropivacaine.
Placebo Group:Made SNB with Normal saline.

20 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Voluntarily participate in and cooperate with this experimental study; 2. between the ages of 20 and 60 inclusive, having completed at least elementary education; 3.Body mass index (BMI) between 18 kg/m^2 and 28 kg/m^2 inclusive; 4.ASA physical status classification of I or II; 5.Elective craniotomy for definitive resection of a primary meningioma; 6.Surgical incision in the frontal, temporal, parietal, or occipital areas; 7.The surgery lasted 4 to 6 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.People accepting ore than twice craniocerebral surgeries; 2.Combining with severe systemic disease; 3.With scalp nerve block contraindicated; 4.A history of opioid or psychotropic addiction; 5.Needing blood transfusion; 6.People not taking part in this test.
