18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 18–75; 2.No gender restrictions; 3.Pain VAS score >= 4; 4.Pain duration >= 3 months; 5.MRI imaging results indicate no tumors, hemorrhages, or other secondary causes. 6.Agreed to participate in the study and signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant women or individuals with severe cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases; 2.Patients with suspected infection (clinical signs + laboratory tests) requiring immediate control; 3.Patients with intracranial tumors or other space-occupying lesions requiring prior surgery; 4.Patients with severe mental illnesses or other conditions that prevent them from cooperating;
