18 Years to 30 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Low back pain for more than 3 months, and no low back treatment (exercise therapy or non-exercise therapy such as medication, physical therapy, etc.) in the past 1 month; 2. The age of 18-30 years old non-sports major ordinary college students; 3.BMI: 18.5-23.9Kg/m^2; 4. Visual analogue scale (VAS) of lumbar pain within one week before the experiment: VAS more than 3 points but no more than 7 points, moderate pain; 5. Oswestry disability index (ODI) : score > 12%, moderate dysfunction; 6. No history of spine and lower limb surgery or trauma; 7. No contraindications to exercise testing (such as severe hypertension, heart disease, peripheral vascular disease, respiratory disease, etc.).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of spinal stenosis/fracture, radiculopathy, or surgery; 2. Pain in the buttocks and thighs; Abnormal sensation and reflex of lower limbs; Pain in joints other than the waist; 3. Low back pain caused by specific pathological factors, such as tumor, osteoporosis, lumbar fracture, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, lumbar disc herniation with nerve root involvement, lumbar spondylolisthesis, etc. 4. Serious primary diseases of liver, kidney, hematopoietic system, endocrine system, etc. 5. Concurrent skin diseases; 6. Pregnant and lactating women; Psychiatric subjects; 7. No medications (e.g., painkillers) taken within three months before the trial.
