Control group (high pain sensitivity):The induced concentration of sufentanil is 0.3µg/kg
Intervention group (high pain sensitivity):The induced concentration of sufentanil is 0.4µg/kg
Intervention group (low pain sensitivity):The induced concentration of sufentanil is 0.2µg/kg

18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification I-II; 2. Age >= 18 years and >= 75 years; 3. Planned for laparoscopic total hysterectomy, vaginal total hysterectomy, or open abdominal total hysterectomy; 4. Patient and their family have provided consent and signed the informed consent form; 5. No allergy to opioids.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Complicated with serious diseases of liver, brain, heart, kidney, lung and hematopoietic system; 2.History of anxiety and depression, history of psychiatric diseases; 3.A history of drug or alcohol addiction; 4.Allergic constitution; 5.The patient refused.
