Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 40–80 years, diagnosed with unresectable Stage IIIA–IIIC or Stage IV pulmonary squamous cell carcinoma following combination chemoimmunotherapy (with or without concurrent or sequential radiotherapy); 2. Concurrent diagnosis of COPD (diagnostic criteria according to GOLD 2024); 3. Further stratified into a type 2 inflammation group and a non-type 2 inflammation group based on the definition of type 2 inflammatory response (blood eosinophil count >=300 cells/µL).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of asthma; 2. Exclusion of other pulmonary, extrapulmonary, or systemic diseases associated with elevated eosinophil counts.
