Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18 to 70 years old; 2. Diagnosed with malignant tumors (lung cancer, colorectal cancer, head and neck cancer, etc.) in the past 12 months; 3. Receiving treatment or in the follow-up period; 4. Have a smartphone, be able to use the WeChat official account, receive calls and text messages; 5. Informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cognitive impairment, or inability to clearly recognize their symptoms and feelings; 2. Have entered hospice care or palliative care; 3. Illiterate or unable to understand the content of the study for other reasons; 4. Current participation in other clinical trials that may affect this study.
