Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: General Inclusion Criteria: 1. Age 18–75 years old, regardless of gender; 2. Not taking drugs that affect saliva secretion in the past 3 months. Group Inclusion Criteria: 1. Healthy volunteer group: no chronic systemic diseases. 2. Diabetes group: diagnosed with type II diabetes in a tertiary general hospital; 3. Hyperuricemia group: patients diagnosed with hyperuricemia in tertiary general hospitals; 4. Comorbid group: Patients diagnosed with type II diabetes mellitus and hyperuricemia comorbidities in tertiary general hospitals;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute phase disease; 2. Pregnancy/lactation; 3. Sjogren's syndrome or other abnormal salivation.
