18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with gastric submucosal tumors originating from the muscularis propria or deeper layers; 2.Lesion diameter <= 5 cm; 3.Patient age between 18 and 80 years; 4.Endoscopic ultrasound shows no malignant features such as irregular borders, surface ulcers, strong internal echo, or heterogeneous echogenicity in the lesion;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients unable to tolerate general anesthesia; 2.Patients with psychiatric or neurological disorders, severe cardiac or pulmonary diseases, liver or kidney diseases, immune and hematological system diseases, or electrolyte disturbances; 3.Patients with other systemic malignancies; 4.Known coagulation disorders (including thrombocytopenia, hemophilia, von Willebrand disease, etc.) or those on anticoagulant or antiplatelet therapy who cannot discontinue medication; 5.Patients who are pregnant or lactating; 6.Patients with incomplete clinical data; 7.Patients or their family members who do not consent to participate in this study;
