18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age: 18 years old to 65 years old (ASA grade I-III), gender not limited; 2.Patients with type 2 diabetes and non-diabetic patients; 3.Surgical type: elective surgery; 4.Operation duration: about 2 hours; 5.Anesthesia method: general anesthesia; 6.Hospital stay: at least two days after surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Have severe systemic diseases, mental disorders, blood-borne diseases, coagulation dysfunction; 2.Pregnancy, with a body mass index higher than 35kg/m2; 3.Patients who have received glucocorticoid treatment in the current or recent past; 4.Patients allergic to glucocorticoids; 5.Patients with a history of motion sickness/PONV or who have taken anti-nausea drugs before the surgery; 6.Preoperative blood glucose level = 11.1 mmol/L; 7.Patients who received insulin, oral hypoglycemic drugs or glucose treatment on the day of the surgery; 8.Severe complications of diabetes; 9.Have a history of alcohol or opioid dependence; 10.Patients who received opioid analgesia after surgery; 11.Patients who received nerve block anesthesia.
