18 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 18~35 years old; 2. No chronic diseases such as cardiovascular, liver disease, kidney disease, etc., and have not taken drugs recently; 3. Daily meditation time >=6 hours, and the number of moderate-intensity physical activities is less than 30 minutes each time 3 days a week and lasts for more than 3 months; 4. PSQI score >= 7.0; 5. BMI between 18.5~30 kg/m^2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Overweight or obese people and emaciated people; 2. Athletes or fitness enthusiasts who have been doing resistance training for a long time; 3. Unable to complete the whole exercise intervention; 4. Have contraindications to exercise.
