Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with IGM confirmed by pathological diagnosis through puncture biopsy, aged 18–50 years; 2. Ultrasound suggests that the lesion is confined to a single quadrant or consists of multiple lesions, each less than 5 cm in size; 3. Signed informed consent form for local steroid injections.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients have not undergone hormonal or surgical treatment; 2. Pus bacterial culture provides evidence of bacterial infection, such as Staphylococcus, Bacillus, or Mycobacterium tuberculosis; 3. Contraindications for corticosteroid treatment include diabetes, hypertension, steroid allergy, or mental disorders; (4) Coexistence with other breast diseases, pregnancy or breastfeeding, allergy to steroids, or refusal of intralesional injection.
