Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Case Group 1.Age: 6-12 years old, gender not limited; 2. There are manifestations of learning difficulties. It has been jointly confirmed by school teachers and parents that there is a significant lag in learning performance among peers and students of the same grade for a continuous period (>=6 months), and academic problems dominated by learning attitude or environmental factors have been excluded. 3. Complete family information; 4. Possess a basic level of physiology and cognition. No severe visual or hearing impairments, possessing basic language communication skills, and capable of cooperating to complete cognitive behavioral tests and brain imaging related tasks. Control group 1.Age: 6 to 12 years old; 2. Academic performance is normal, with the final comprehensive assessment of the main subject all reaching the medium or above level of the same grade. 3. Complete family information; 4. Possess a basic level of physiology and cognition. No severe visual or hearing impairment (reaching normal levels after correction), possessing basic language communication skills, and capable of cooperating to complete all experimental tasks.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for the case group 1. There is severe cognitive dysfunction, with an intelligence level lower than 85 points or a history of mental illness; 2. Physical contraindications. Contraindications for near-infrared brain imaging (fNIRS) or magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI), etc. : head trauma, metal implants, history of photosensitive epilepsy, clautropphobia, etc. There are severe cardiovascular diseases, metabolic diseases or other organic diseases that may affect cognitive function; 3. Study the interfering factors. Recent (within three months) participation in other interventional studies or taking drugs that affect cognitive function (such as central stimulants), as well as drastic changes in family environment (such as parents' divorce or relocation), may interfere with the reliability of the data. Control group 1. There is a clear diagnosis of neurodevelopmental disorders (including but not limited to ADHD, dyslexia, autism, etc.), an IQ lower than 85 points, or a history of mental illness; 2. Physical contraindications. Contraindications for near-infrared brain imaging (fNIRS) or magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI), etc. : head trauma, metal implants, history of photosensitive epilepsy, clautropphobia, etc. There are severe cardiovascular diseases, metabolic diseases or other organic diseases that may affect cognitive function; 3. Study the interfering factors.
